1.The Happy Baby shall arrange a delivery of purchased item/s, and the customer should provide an accurate postal information to avoid loss of item/s and delay of delivery.
2. Delivery Condition, the item/s well classified, quality controlled, and checked before the delivery. Should you received an item/s, not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly arrange the faulty item/s and returned to us.
3. The customers will be provided the tracking number information to track their parcel.
4. UAE Delivery, parcel will be delivered within 2-4 working days. The estimated delivery is applicable only from Saturday to Thursday, except (Friday) or UAE Public Holidays.
5. International Delivery, parcel will be delivered within 5-7 working days. The estimated delivery is based on the time when the item/s is collected by the courier service to the customer doorstep. And also, customs clearance processing without any issue and applicable only from Saturday to Thursday, except weekend (Friday) or UAE Public Holidays.
6.Happy Baby is not responsible for any delays, lost, missing, incorrect delivery of the item/s purchased, due to customer fault e.g. inaccurate information and incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Risk of loss and title of the purchased item/s on the website are the customer liability upon delivery.
8. Happy Baby will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
9. Upon checkout, disclose to the cardholder the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings.
