1. You have seven (7) days after delivery to do your exchange request. None request will be accepted after this period.
2. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
3. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition. You have a duty of care for the product during the cancellation period, which includes: sent back in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging, or in a good enough quality transport packaging in order to avoid any damage during the transport back to our location.
4. Items must be returned in their original packaging, brand new and with the official tag still attached. Items must not have been used, show any damages or marks of use (HappyBaby has the right to refuse to exchange on any item not deemed to be re-saleable).
5. We do not accept return/exchange on underwear and swimwear.
